Kathy Bucsanyi Joins Butterfield Healthcare Group

Please join us in welcoming Kathy Bucsanyi to Butterfield Healthcare Group in her new role as Regional Business Development Director.

In this position, Kathy will play a key role in driving our continued growth and success. She will be responsible for developing and executing strategic business development plans, identifying new business opportunities, and collaborating cross-functionally with our marketing, operations, and facility teams to deliver impactful growth solutions. Kathy will also focus on driving revenue growth, meeting and exceeding sales targets, and providing valuable market insights, competitive intelligence, and customer feedback to help inform our strategy.

Kathy brings over 10 years of business development experience to our organization. Most recently, she served as an Extended Care Senior Liaison and Director of Business Development for seven years. Her prior experience also includes roles with Lexington Health Network as an Admissions Director, and with Little Friends, Inc., where she supported their mission of empowering individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities, along with their families, to live, learn, work, and thrive.

She holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Saint Xavier University.
