(February 12, 2026) – Butterfield Healthcare Group is proud to announce that Meadowbrook LaGrange, Meadowbrook Naperville, Meadowbrook Bolingbrook, and Lee Manor Des Plaines are now VA-contracted providers for skilled nursing care. This designation ensures that eligible U.S. veterans have greater access to high-quality rehabilitation and skilled nursing services in a compassionate, clinically advanced environment.
By becoming VA-contracted providers, these facilities strengthen Butterfield Healthcare Group’s commitment to supporting America’s heroes by delivering comprehensive post-acute and long-term care services tailored to the unique needs of veterans.
