A Day to Remember: Meadowbrook Manor Bolingbrook’s End of Summer Bash

August 25, 2025

On Saturday, August 16, Meadowbrook Manor Bolingbrook welcomed the community to its annual End of Summer Bash—and what a celebration it was! From 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., our campus at 431 Remington Blvd. was filled with families, laughter, and sunshine as neighbors came together for an afternoon of fun, food, and fellowship.

The event was completely free and designed to bring the Bolingbrook community together before the new school year begins. Guests enjoyed:

  • Delicious Free Food that kept everyone fueled for the festivities
  • Free School Supplies to help local students kick off the school year with confidence
  • A Petting Zoo where kids and families got up close with friendly farm animals
  • Face Painting that brought out colorful smiles all around
  • Games & Activities that kept the fun going for all ages

The energy was contagious, and the joy of seeing families, friends, and neighbors gather together was truly the highlight of the day.

At Meadowbrook Manor Bolingbrook, we are proud to be more than a skilled nursing and rehabilitation center—we are part of this vibrant community. Hosting events like this allows us to give back and connect with the families we serve.

Thank you to everyone who joined us and made this event such a wonderful success. We look forward to celebrating with you again next year!

Thank you to Bolingbrook Mayor Mary Alexander-Basta for stopping by to see us at the Meadowbrook Manor End of Summer Bash!
